Some of the staff memebers are pleasant people, but the management and reception area of this specific location are very unprofessional. My son's field trip was paid for 3 weeks in a row and the club left him behind. Even with speaking to several people on why, all they could do was apologize! Then after being compensated for a free friday trip, and I was told to arrive at 8am...I arrived with my son there at 750 and they left him again, stating the bus came early and pulled off at 740. This is the first time my son has ever been to the Smyrna location but I withdrew him after only 3 weeks and he will never return. The Newark location is the best one and I never have a problem there, everyone is on one accord.
