Last weekend, after the vet made a major mistake and I had nowhere to take our dog so we could go on a quick 3 day family beach trip (trunk all loaded and packed :( ). I found Blue Rock Kennel on a Google search. I figured it was a long shot, 3PM, and all places I knew of were shut down, but I called and left a message. Within moments I received a call back, they had some pick ups and had room for our dog! We collected her things and brought her right over. The dogs have a great place to sleep and play, the family that owns Blue Rock Kennel was amazingly kind, and clearly loves the animals they care for.

I recently boarded my German Shepherd who has health issues and is anxious as a result. The owners of this boarding kennel were more than willing to give Myla the extra attention and special handling that she needed and she seemed to love it there. She even gave one of the owners a little lick which is not her usual style. I truly appreciate the level of care Blue Rock offers and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you Blue Rock!
After 9 years, we were faced with boarding our dog while we went on vacation. In the past she had always stayed with family or close friends in her own home. What struck me when looking at Blue Rock Kennel was the family atmosphere, limited amount of dogs and their willingness to help me by sending daily photos, etc. All this for an extremely reasonable fee! We will definitely be returning to Blue Rock Kennel!
