while the community and I mean the residents are very nice and they are the ones that makes this community desirable the sales person and the management are extremely unfriendly and be careful of the rent increases. make sure you get the full Delaware discloser booklet that is required 14 days in advance of signing a lease. Which is Delaware law. rating the place 10 being high and 1 being worse. I would say the residents rate a 10 and management rates a 2 at best.
