Terriblly ignorant and outright discourteous to me and my fiancee at the lab. we are an interracial couple and the lab worker could not be a more arrogant, hateful and xenophobic psycho. She was unapologetic even after I discussed with the manager. I am NEVER using this lab site for their ignorance of ethnic and basic american values
Lost my son's stat test results. Had to go to the ER because we needed the test done that day. Cost me the ER visit fee plus the cost of having the test done at the ER.
