After dealing with Jen's personality in Smyrna, I was ready to return to Dynamic Physical Therapy. If it wasn't for the professionalism and availability of the ATI staff in Dover, I would have. This is after two of Dynamic's staff were ridiculing an old female patient while she was present. Needless to say, customer service at both agencies in Smyrna could be greatly improved.
