No dialogue between the optomitrist and myself regarding options based on insurance limits. Just went ahead and chose the most expensive options. Nonsense. Frame selection is far from optimal too.
Had my first exam there recently. Front desk could use some work but a tech named Lee was very friendly and helpful in explaining the processes of the exam and glasses.
So far 2 weeks and still no glasses. Thank god I am no Totally depended on my glasses. lol Staff is ok. The "call center" is a terrible idea for a small town office. Just sayin.
