I just want to say this store is the bomb. The staff is wonderful. They have helped me with SO MUCH and they were by far much better than Sprint customer service. They know their customers. Every arrival or call I make to the store they know me by name. I've came to the store and they have solved issues that Sprint phone customer service COULD NOT. I've been with Sprint since the 90's and throughout going to many different areas and different stores I've dealt with this store has been the best. The staff and management has been very respectful and helpful. All issues EVEN over the phone. Very successful staff right not. Sprint you need more stores like this!!!!

If i could give this store no stars i would. I come in to order a phone and they expect me to drive 5 hours to come pick it up. Called to see if it could switch the order to a different location, and the disrespect and customer service sucked. This store needs some major improvement. Definitely not the customer service Verizon would give out. Losing a valuable customer.!
