I used to love this place when it was under different management. The first day I went to get a list of tuition rates, I was ignored and felt my business wasn't important to them. Just about every week there was an issue with the payments that were made. One week someone lost my check payment and charged me so many late fees. Another week I was told I didn't pay when in fact I did (more late fees). Another week my payment was issued to another student meaning not my child. I had had enough and withdrew my children. The Smyrna location need new management. Bring Ms. Nicole back!!!
It's a great and wonderful day care wouldn't want my children anywhere else. Also have a great team especially Miss Alexa my kids love her and talk about her all the time even while at home
