They were suppose to follow up to fix/do minor repair to my deck that they installed this month March 2017. He came 3/11 @ 8:29 a.m. to pick up final balance and said he would be back by noon to plug in wholes where screws are. I text 4 times yesterday 3/11/2017 from 4pm until 10:11pm and no coutesy reply. Prior to being paid all text responses were within minutes. As of today 3/12/2017 7:50 pm I have not heard back from them . How about they left my deck dirty and didnt even wash off the dirt from them laying boards on the empty dirt lot next to my house before installing.
Granted the deck looks nice but customer service courtesy is lacking. After asking around I now know I was over charged by a FEW $1,000 for my deck. Im new to the State and just went with them.
To think I was going to use them for another deck in another house in a few months. Hopefully the company will honor any warranties ,repairs or adjustments if need in the future. I really had high hopes with this company. Guess I should have read the negative reviews first. I text them today and told them I took there sign off my front lawn and they can pick it up when AND IF they ever fix the holes.
This review is mainly based on lack coutesy its customer ( myself) I cant comment on other customers experiences.

We got some estimates done from a handful of companies and they came in to be the best with the cost and getting done what we needed. We have a solid, new roof. I"m looking forward to lower air conditioning bills this summer. Our roof was worn out!
I was going to recommend them to new neighbors as my new community fills up but I wouldnt want neighbors and friends feeling forgotten about after they pay their money like I did.

After 5 months, the wood boards on the outside decks that we had them replace began to peal and splinter. To make matters worse, we paid extra to upgrade to a better wood. Contacted Chris, the owner, and he said he would come out to take a look. He never did. We ended up having to pay someone to sand all the boards down and re-stain. I hate leaving poor reviews but feel obligated to for this project. I would recommend nor use this company in the future.
