Local Diner fair. Pretty diverse menu. Easiest access for travelers on Route 1 (North and South bound).
Food was delicious, with generous portions! Good coffee too!
Good food, good prices and fairly fast service.
I had the Baked Ranch Chicken. The chicken was under cooked. There was blood at the bone and through out all 4 pieces. The meat was wet and uncooked. I was told that it was because the chicken was in the steamer. That made me angry!!! It did not take but a matter of an hour for me to contract salmonella. I will never eat there after 5pm on a week day again. This is the 3rd and worst experience in the evening there. Beware !!!
Super friendly wait staff! Today was especially good, because I've recently had to start eating gluten free. I was given an alternative gluten free menu! Though I chose something off of the regular menu, they substituted gluten free bread.
Food was fairly good. Although the waitress was pleasant she seemed very distracted. We started with coffee but she only brought one spoon. She said she was getting another one but never did so we shared the one spoon. When our meals arrived she put the plates on the table and started to walk away. We had to remind her that we had no tableware or napkins. Also the wooden chairs and our table were sticky. She got another chair and then said. "All of these tables and chairs need a good cleaning." I would have to think quite a bit before returning.
