I would highly recommend Sunnyside Apartments. The staff was super friendly, available, and on top of their stuff! My apartment was not only an amazing deal, but hand brand new carpets, paint, and was spotless when I moved in. My building was also very quiet and everyone that lived throughout the complexed seemed very respectful and friendly. Property was also very well maintained. A pretty easy decision when it comes to renting, wouldn't have lived anywhere else in this area.
The property itself is nice. But the office personnel at the Sunnyside complex attitude sucks. She's rude and don't know how to talk to people. I like the property but i will not renew my lease here.
I loved the place at first,with the original staff, they were so sweet and respectful.. I had a small issue with my townhome and questions about it. One of the NEW ladies up front has a attitude problem and needs to work on her people skills because they SUCK, I thought to snap back at her but decided one of us needs to be the mature adult. I will not renew my lease here.
Been a resident with Sunnyside apartments for almost 3 years never had an issue with the office staff or the maintenance staff as well. Me and my small family live in a nice size 2 bed apartment I think rent is reasonable compared to up state prices.
Absolutely loved living at Sunnyside Apartments. Not only were they well managed, well maintained, and gorgeous, but the staff were honestly the most caring and helpful people. The staff were always incredibly friendly and happy to help in any way they could. They went above and beyond their job description. They also genuinely cared for their tenants and their happiness in their apartments. I would recommend Sunnyside & Christina Apartments to anyone.
