3rd piece of mail lost/not delivered in the last 3 months by these people. Tracking says delivered but to who? Wasn't delivered to me. Always going to another address that nobody live at.
I've yet to meet anyone in this place that acted like they actually cared about their job. Even seen them throwing packages around in the back. I actually don't even bother with this post office unless I have too. Very unhelpful and one of the workers "the guy with the glasses" made fun of people with speech impediments while I was there.
Still waiting for a very important document which was mailed to me in January. I frequently get the WRONG mail, which leads me to believe someone is getting MY mail. Horrible!
Good knowledgeable staff. Helpful. Has money orders stamps and p. O. Boxes.
Normally I do not give negative reviews. I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. However, I must say the ONLY good thing about that place are the employees WHO HELP inside the building. The postmaster is horrible. I've called several times with promises of a call back and have yet to receive one, even after making several calls. They always point the finger at someone else vs taking responsibility for their actions. If it weren't for the individuals that service people, I wouldn't bother with the Smyrna post office.
