This place is absolutely horrendous. I went in there two days ago to get a pizza and crazy bread. The staff was very rude and when I got home with my food, the pizza was luke warm and was not cut at all. I get it that sometimes the pizza might be a half-ass cut, but this one was not cut at all. So I call the store and the lady I spoke with was actually friendly and told me that they would compensate me a free crazy bread the next time I come in. Then she tells me to hold on, and in the background I hear her manager screaming at her and telling her that they cannot honor that and I'd have to bring the entire pizza back right now. So I left a review on their website and I received a call from an owner today. She informed me to give her name at the restaurant and I would be compensated the pizza and crazy bread. So tonight my wife goes into Little Caesars and gives the name, but they still refuse to honor it. The employees laugh at my wife like its a joke. I will never go to Little Caesers in Smyrna again. I get that the pizza is cheap, but have some common decency.
If you want old pizza for 5 dollars this is your place. They charged me 99cents extra just for asking if I could have one of the pizza's they just pulled out the oven and were about to put on their rack. I guess for $5.00 Hot and Ready requires that the pizza sit for 10-20 minutes before someone purchases it. Also don't ever fall for the "well we just put this pizza on the rack a second ago, sure you don't want it?" Lie that they tell you just because they're too lazy to make you a fresh pizza. The pizza stacked behind the counter is ALWAYS old. It's only fresh if you actually see them put it in there.
I used to think that this was the best value for pizza but you can't get what you want for $5. The pizza is never fully cooked. And if you ask for them to cook it even a minute longer they try to charge you a dollar for making it a custom Pizza. You are better off going to Domino's and getting two topping $5 pizzas because at least the pizza will be cooked all the way.
