Customer service is horrendous and prices are rediculous. You will pay twice the amount and in some cases three times the amount you would at another establishment here. They aren't proficient in removing stains from clothing and are unwilling to refund your money if they fail to to effectively clean your clothes and remove the stains. I had a blouse sent back twice and the same stains remained as if they didn't even try to remove it, even after the associate left a detailed note. The owner was unwilling to refund me my money.
While the customer service I experienced was friendly, the coat I dropped off to have cleaned wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The children's coat still had dirt on the sleeves at the wrist and some spots onnthe arm of the coat. It also didnt smell clean either. It hurts because one worker even kept the store open a few minutes longer so I can pick up the coat before the storm. My review is based on their cleaning abilities only.
I needed a shirt and a oair of pants pressed only, by Wednesday for a very important event. I dropped it off late Monday and was assured it would be ready by Wednesday. It was not. I was given an excuse that their machine was down at their plant and I would not receive it in time, when I tried to pick it up on the promised date. They should of called me and let me know on Tuesday (That's when they knew). No call and no professionalism on there behalf to make things right. I ended up having to spend over a 100 dollars to buy another outfit. They just didn't care. Mistakes can happen, but, zero effort was given to try to make me happy. I will not use this company again. My one star rating is generous for this company, at this time. They offered no apology and just flat out didn't care.
