On a windy and rainy Sunday I noticed my truck tire had a nail in it. I drove over to Mr. Tire where they had a packed parking lot of vehicles that were being serviced that day. The manager, Stuart, told me to drop it off and come back at 4:30 and the tire would be patched. When I got back to the shop, my truck had not been worked on yet because his team was still working diligently on other vehicles. Even though the shop closes at 5:00, he and his team put in the extra effort to complete all of the work orders for the day. Also, since I had to wait til 5:30 for the tire patch, Stuart did not charge me. I just want to say thanks to Stuart and his team for doing a great job and putting in the extra time especially on such a miserable day .
I had a GREAT experience here, and they have a customer in me for life! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they really CARED about my repairs and safety, and worked with me to keep the cost affordable! I’ve never had service at a mechanics shop like I’ve had here, and I will def be coming back!

Came n for oil leak it wasn't it was leaking anti freeze they took care of me free of charge.stu and Tom were great.5 star ,highly recommend
