This is a great place to rent a car. Blondie is friendly and polite and works super hard to get you what you need when you need it. We've rented from them 4 times in the past 4 months due to break downs and an accident and we had perfect customer service each time, in addition to reliable and clean cars.
This is the worst place ever. I made my reservations early Friday to get the weekend special . I received two phones calls regarding my reservation to get the car. When I arrived to get the car my credit card did not say major Credit Card it said Master Card on it. So they would not take my card either after I explained to them that it was a credit card with my name on it. Just wipe the card . Then they tell me the car is not ready after I spoke with two people that morning. This is the 3rd time I been there and each time I keep thinking it will be better the next time. Never again!!!!! I had the pleasure of renting from this location and it was the best customer service I have ever received!! I was looking for a specific size car and they made sure they could accomodate my every need. They made it easy as pie too with a swipe of my credit card and I was off. I will always choose enterprise for my rental needs!
Late the other night, Geico made a reservation for me with Enterprise. Enterprise said they wouldn't have a car available till 3pm, which ensures a missed day at work. They had a car at another location but refused to shuttle it to me. They suggested I take an Uber to them. Then the car is a small compact car. I had a panic attack driving it to work. A breeze made it hard to control. Now we're switching it out for a Cruz, but they gave it to me dirty. And they did a terrible job cleaning it. Since i missed a day of work, I don't have money to replace the gas. Enterprise is saying that that's my problem.
Thank you so much for looking for a similar Suburban for us, great customer service. My recommendation to customers is, if you need a specific car, call as soon you do the reservation and they will work with you, give them time to find what you need. Johanna
