Update: went again last night since last review. Everything was fresh and in order. I have yet to be disappointed. Mad props!
For years I've been buying Iced Coffee at the Smyrna McDonalds and the price has skyrocketed from $1.00 for a large to a whopping $2.19. In 2017 there was a price increase from $1.49 to $1.89 and just before the New Year this store now charges $2.19. That alone is a 46.9% price increase. I'm sure the employee's wages haven't gone up the same amount. When I called management I was told that they are still cheaper than Dunkin Donuts and other venues in the area. So is this the way McDonalds price their products by what other's are charging? This is not the McDonald's way and I refuse to pay this $65.00 a month for Iced Coffee from this franchise. You won't be getting a penny from me in 2018.
It's McDonald's, so the fries are good. I don't go here often, only out of desperation or sheer need of a double quarter pounder. The people are usually pretty friendly though, which is nice.
Surprisingly good. Yeah, it's McDonald's, but it was damn fresh. My experience was not that soggy, hot lamp shite. It looked and tasted like it was prepared with care and thought. Good stuff especially considering the time I went to eat there (9pm). Will go again.
I came to this McDonalds again today 11/21/17 and my breakfast was great, I had been craving pancakes for a few days (ever since I saw a picture of them on my McDonalds App) and I've never really liked pancakes but after having them for breakfast this morning I can assure you that I will be back to get them again, there were that good. I got my pancakes with sausage and even the presentation of the food was great and the way it looked made it that much more appetizing. Of course the staff was amazing, polite, courteous and eager to help the customers and thats the kind of thing people remember that keeps them coming back over and over! Thank you to Michelle, Stephanie and Mark, you guys are the best!
The menu has really expanded and gives a wider variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most and the dining area and the restrooms are very clean! If you haven't been here in a while I would recommend visiting and checking out the new menu items.
The food it pretty awful at McDonald's. The burger was disgusting but the fries were pretty good. I would suggest going to another restaurant if you have the money and are not running late. Also whenever I have gone to the drive through, they did not include napkins so my step dad got the steering wheel all greasy.
